What makes this award so special is that it was voted for by customers. Knowing that our 2025 customers took time out of their busy lives to vote for us honestly means the world. This recognition feels like a true reflection of the relationships we build and the trust our customers place in us, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Dovetail is a small, busy showroom run by husband-and-wife team Brett and Dawn, backed up by a wonderful, hardworking on-site team. Together, we all share the same goal: to give every customer a genuinely personal experience from start to finish.
We believe good communication is key, which is why we always aim to keep customers fully informed at every stage of their project. All work is carried out with care, attention to detail, and the utmost respect for our customers’ homes. Just as importantly, we value the friendly rapport that naturally builds along the journey — something we feel makes the whole process enjoyable for everyone involved.
