Kitchen Showroom Updates
We are delighted to share that we are currently making some exciting design updates to our kitchen showroom — including a refresh of our main shaker display .
At the heart of this update is the installation of the beautiful new Mornington Shaker Oak range within the island. The addition of oak instantly introduces warmth, texture and natural character, creating a striking focal point while maintaining the timeless elegance that shaker kitchens are known for.
Oak is making a significant comeback in kitchen design – with homeowners moving away from the long-dominant all-white and grey schemes in favour of more natural, inviting interiors. Modern oak kitchens are centred around warmth and authenticity, offering a relaxed, “lived-in” feel that enhances the heart of the home.
Importantly, today’s oak is very different from the high-gloss, orange-toned styles of the 1990s. The focus is now on natural, matte or lightly stained finishes that celebrate the grain and texture of the wood in a refined and contemporary way.
